Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing firm. The selected candidate will be working directly with the Director of Client Engagement to assist with the execution of the firm’s marketing and client experience strategic initiatives. This position requires an enthusiastic, detail oriented and highly organized individual. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a professional demeanor with strong verbal and writing capabilities.

The primary responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator include monitoring and executing all tactical elements of the firm’s client engagement process, coordinating content marketing efforts, maintaining social media accounts, updating firm’s website, tracking all sales, marketing, and recruting initiatives, attending, organizing, and promoting firm events, maintaining contact with professional partners, and other tasks as necessary to support the overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand and product marketing
  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing and sales.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software (Mailchimp or similar)
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to self manage
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, collaborative, works well with others, good listener
  • Desire/ability to grow successfully in a small company environment
